Scope
This statement applies to web content that Just Right Painting Inc. controls on the justrightpainting.com domain. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to or to services whose code or content we do not control.

Our commitment
Just Right Painting Inc. is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.

Our accessibility goal
We are working toward meeting the most current version of WCAG 2.x (currently WCAG 2.2) Level AA, and we monitor W3C updates. We regularly test the site and remediate issues. While we strive for broad accessibility, some pages or features may not function perfectly with every assistive technology or browser combination. Assessment method
We assess justrightpainting.com using a combination of automated and manual testing, including tools such as Lighthouse (Accessibility), axe DevTools, and WAVE; keyboard-only navigation; color/contrast review; and headings/landmarks/labels audits. We include testing with commonly used screen readers (e.g., NVDA, VoiceOver). Results can vary by assistive technology version, user settings, and browser.

What we’re doing
We fix underlying code issues and continuously improve reusable templates and components to align with WCAG principles.

Compatibility & technical requirements
justrightpainting.com is designed for modern browsers that support HTML5 and WAI-ARIA and is tested against the latest two versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile. Older browsers or uncommon configurations may not provide the best experience.

Known limitations & third-party content
Some third-party embeds or widgets (e.g., video players, scheduling/consent tools) may not function optimally in all scenarios. Where third-party limitations exist, we:

  • Provide captions for most new videos and are working to caption legacy content; and

  • Offer alternate contact/support channels (email/phone) if a task cannot be completed due to an accessibility barrier.

Because third-party code is outside our control, we cannot guarantee its conformance; however, we will seek reasonable alternatives or accommodations when issues are identified.
