Just Right Painting completed painting the entire exterior of our house today and it came out perfect! We couldn't be more pleased. The workers were amazing and we would hire them again in an instant. Neighbors stopped by while they were doing their work to ask them questions and get a business card. "Just Right Painting" just completed painting the entire exterior of my 6,000 sq. ft. house in Pacific Palisades, including all the stucco; widespread application of new stucco to cover remnants of Ivy over large areas of the house; extensive wrought iron gates and fencing; eaves and rafters throughout; and many wood windows with muntins dividing the individual glass panes (lots of detail work). They also painted many retaining walls and curbs throughout the property, lattice work, four pergolas, and an auxiliary storage building.  Their work exceeded my expectations, which was unusual because I am very detail oriented and picky. The owner, Jonathan, Is charismatic, easy to work with and stayed on top of the job from start to finish. The supervisor, Rigo, kept things running smoothly and was on the job every day working with Jose, Ronaldo, Cesar and Hermano, all of whom  were excellent.  Their attention to detail was everything I had hoped for and more. The interfaces between separate colors were sharp and all the lines were clean. Everything got a coat of primer and two coats of the highest quality Dunn-Edwards paint. My house has multiple levels of clay tile roof, all of which needed to be accessed to paint the walls.  Although the painters used various methods such as padded roof boards to protect the tiles some of the tiles were, understandably, broken in the course of the work. When I mentioned this to Jonathan, he immediately offered to pay for the tile repairs and, in fact, did so which, in my experience, is extraordinary.  In fact, upon completion of the job Jonathan spent a couple of days with me going through minor punch list items all of which were immediately taken care of.   He really "takes care of business." Best Painters Ever Multiple companies have painted my house over the years. Small companies, big companies, less expensive painters and very expensive painters, but the most impressive and professional painters I have ever encountered are Jaime Gutierrez and his crew from Just Right Painting. They are fast, they do absolutely perfect beautiful work for a reasonable fee, and they leave the work area spotless when they finish.  They also do LACQUER finish for kitchen cabinets IN SITU; and they were the only company I interviewed who would. I was nervous about it, but when they finished, the work was stunning. Jonathan Rodriguez, CEO of Just Right Painting, is an exceptional business owner with strong character, honesty, and integrity. From the beginning when I reached out for a quote, he was very responsive and got back to me right away. He even followed up later that same night when I hadn't responded, which a lot of other businesses did not do. He offers competitive pricing and provides a free consultation for painting services. He comes by ready to go with his iPad, laser pointer, and is very efficient. In person he was very friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. We just had a full exterior painting of our 4500 Sqft house in Los Angeles with all the trims and stucco, gates, and retaining walls.  The owner Jonathan gave us detailed bids on site and was very communicative, organized and professional.  Omar and Christian worked on our house and did an amazing job: patching large stucco cracks,  fixed our gates that were warped and needed reattaching plus repainting, front doorway decorative masonry that had complex cracking and needed careful detailed work with epoxy filling plus re-anchoring , painted all gutters and downspouts, etc.   This is the third time we have painted our exterior and it was by far the best experience we have had with a painting company, hands down. I had a really great experience with Just Right Painting. They were professional, efficient, and very detail-oriented from beginning to end. The whole process was smooth, and Omar's team was easy to work with, responsive, and clearly knew what they were doing. Good pricing level! What I appreciated most Omar and his teammate were how careful and thorough they were with the work. They paid attention to the details, worked efficiently, and still delivered a high-quality result. Just Right Painting just completed a 2 stage job on my house: Prep and paint the interior (2,300 sq ft) and remove/prepare/paint/re-install my kitchen cabinets.  On every level they were excellent.  Jonathan, the owner, was the only company rep who actually measured the interior of my house and then prepared his bid. Advance notice: They won't be the cheapest bid but they did negotiate.  Do your own home work! It was a precursor for the level of detail soon to follow.
